The Real Secret Internet Marketers Don't Want You To Know
You’ve heard every internet marketing guru spout the mantra “the money is in the list” like crazed budists. That’s why practically everything they give out or sell includes an opt in page. Some gurus like Jonathan Leger won’t even let you know much about their product until you give him your email. “Hi, my name is Jonathan Leger and I’m here to spam you.”
The problem is the gurus spam you like crazy once they have your email address. Oh sure they say your email will never be sold or given out. No shit, how are they going to spam you with their JV offers if they give their precious list away?
Well if you’re curious like me, you want to know what they are actually offering. Unfortunately, their landing page tells you nothing because it’s all sales hype to grab your email. You have no idea if the information is any good or not until you offer up your ass in the form of an email.
You can use a hotmail account for all those opt in lists, free ebook offers or newsletters but why bother have to mass delete junk? Then there is the risk that in a moment of weakness you actually might be convinced to pay $97 for a 60 page ebook.
The solution is to use disposable emails that expire after a specified period. No more having to delete or opt out or get accidentally sucked in by an offer.
Here are three.
All of them are free.
Give the gurus a disposable email, grab your free report or whatever and never hear from them again. If you like the ebook you can always go back and sign up for real.
Wouldn’t it be great if internet marketers offered free info upfront first and build your trust with quality before trying to get your email?
Is that going to happen? I doubt it.
